25 years of experience in the financial industry in Israel. Former CEO of Psagot Investment House, the biggest and oldest investment house in Israel. Also served as the chairman of the board of Psagot Provident and Pension funds, Psagot  Mutual funds and Psagot Securities and as the head of Psagot's Credit Committee and the head of Psagot's Non Tradable assets team (Credit, Real Estate,  Private funds).   Former Board member of  the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Board director and investment committee member in some sectorial provident funds.
