Ph.D. in Science Education from Tel Aviv University; an MBA for Senior Managers (Magna Cum Laude), majoring in Finance, Banking, Capital Markets and Financial Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s School of Business Administration; an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Operational Research, both from Tel Aviv University.
Has served in senior management positions, including Director General of the CHE (Israel’s Council for Higher Education) and PBC (Planning & Budgeting Committee); Director General and Executive VP of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology; Founder and CEO of a private company that is engaged in the management of businesses in Europe and in the United States.
